Tracing an Order - Select Location
All Customers have access to the order tracking system once an order has been placed. Please ensure that you select the same location (printer.ca store) for tracing the order as you did when you placed the order. If you select the wrong store the tracking number will NOT find your order.

Tracing an Order - Enter the Tracking Number
When an order was checked out, you were given a tracking number, both on the screen and in a confirming email. The tracking number is a cryptic key and will access your order directly. Please enter the tracking number in the box and click "GO".

Selection of Item to Trace
Items applicable to this tracking number will be displayed in a list. Select the one you are tracing. You can view the order by clicking on the official docket number OR trace the order by clicking on the status.

Docket Number - The docket number was assigned by the Central Manufacturing facility at the time the order was released by the local printer.ca store and he would have any information you require. When contacting them PLEASE refer to this number, the tracking number is only for your access or used if the order has physically shipped.

State/Expidite - The status is shown. To trace click on the status.

NOTE: If your order does not display the following may be what is wrong:

  1. The tracking number was keyed incorrectly
  2. You are searching in the wrong Printer.ca location
  3. The order has been shipped. - Contact your local printer.ca location and request further information. They have access to the shipped archive. The tracking number and/or docket number will be required.

Expidite
The system will display the status of the order along with the seven (7) status modes. Information on each mode is provided. To trace this order add any comments to the comment box and click on Expidite Order, an email will be sent to your local printer.ca and a copy will be sent to you. Please note that the copy is sent to the Email address that was entered in the billing information at the time of the original order.

Viewing an Order
Clicking on the docket number of the list will display the order. The Order will detail all of the information that is pertinent to the production of the product. A proof is also displayed. If you have any questions or concerns then please contact the local printer.ca location, or use the expedite option to send the local printer.ca location an email.
Note: Any changes at this stage can incur extra costs.
