The Online Consumer Quotation Package |
| All Customers have access to a Database driven quotation package. A consumer can quickly select a location and gain access to this powerful database driven package. The consumer can select any location in the network OR can select general pricing. The General Pricing will list ALL available products and their pricing. The Individual locations will only list the products they are authorized to sell in their area or market segment.

| After selecting your local printer.ca location, select a product classification and ink combination. Click on Get Item list for a list of available products.

Selection of Product |
| Depending on the products the location is authorized to promote and sell, the sytem will return with a list of products. A sample picture is available of the product as well as some detailed information. Select Get Quote to choose an item. Return

The Display |
| The system will display a pricing grid for the item selected. This pricing is for the basic version of the product. If any options are available, they will be displayed in pull down menus. Once you have the options you want, then select the price breaks and request a printout. Return

Formalizing a Consumer Quotation |
| A print out showing the franchisees logo and address will be displayed. If the franchisee wishes to have an interactive quotation process and it has been activated, the system will display an input screen for the customer information. Once all of the information has been input and updated (correctly), a "formalize" button will appear at the bottom of the page. When you click the button, the system will Email you a formal quotation with a copy going to the Franchisee. The system will also add the quotation to the database so the franchisee can follow up for the order as well as have a record of the firm price (held for 30 days) if in the event the price increases. A quotation MUST exist on the system to hold a price firm if you are not planning on purchasing something the same day.
The local printer.ca location reserves the right to delete any quotation, that in his/her opionion was not a legitimate request.

Formalized Quotation |
| The system will provide you with a Quotation Number, both on the screen and in a follow-up email. When contacting the printer.ca you can give him the quotation number and he can pull it up to see the particulars.
